Burnside Croft Flowers is a small flower farm based in the Perthshire countryside, where we grow fresh cut flowers, herbs, foliage and dried flowers.
These are available in season and freshly picked for wholesale via the Scottish Flower Grower Collective (for florists and floral designers).
We also grow for weddings, events and farewell flowers and can supply bunches or buckets of flowers and/or foliage for those who wish to DIY their own designs.
From seed to bouquet, our flowers are grown and designed using sustainable methods to improve biodiversity and soil health.
Where possible, we promote local “Grown not Flown, no Air Miles” produce and sustainable growing and floristry by:
eliminating peat and pesticides
using “no dig” methods for soil improvement
reducing plastic waste and eliminating single use plastics
reusing materials wherever possible
improving biodiversity for pollinators
using recycled plant material for compost production on site
using homegrown plant material for natural fertilisers
We grow a large range of perennials, annuals, bulbs, trees and shrubs for seasonal floristry, but also strive to create a year round environment for biodiversity to thrive.
