Identify and collectively address issues, challenges and opportunities relating to small scale growers e.g. distribution
Share and address concerns regarding the environmental and social impact of flower production, from seed to vase
Implement quality standards and continue to develop and communicate guidelines for growers and florists
Arrange regular networking opportunities to grow our individual businesses through education, learning, good practice and sharing ideas
Actively create and promote public events and related activities which support the aims of The Collective
Provide opportunities for economies of scale through joint purchasing and selling
Promote our collective activities through our SFGC brand and identity
Being part of the Collective means…

Being an independent business owner
Growing in up to a maximum of 2 hectares
