Cristy Gilbert is behind the cut flower enterprise at Tomnah'a Market Garden, where flowers are grown alongside a wide variety of vegetables, fruit, basketry willow and hens for eggs.

They are based at Comrie Croft in Perthshire, where they grow flowers and produce the floristry for weddings, offer a local flower subscription and local bouquet deliveries, bespoke natural funeral tribute flowers, run 'pick your own flowers' sessions and workshops, and sell wholesale directly to florists.

Set up in 2015 with the aim of creating a beautiful and abundant garden that could inspire creative projects, provide for the local community and connect people to the land.

They grow a wide range of cut flowers, with an emphasis on unusual perennials, roses, grasses, herbs and dahlias.
